Conceptual floor plans and renderings are perfect for those who need help with visualizing their new design. They are ideal for furniture layouts and simple space planning solutions. (Kindly note that these deliverables are not for construction use. Please refer to our Building and Remodeling Consultations if you are looking for more robust layouts and plans).

Mood boards are the perfect starting point for any design project. They lay out all of the amazing ideas, colors palettes, materials, finishings, and furniture styles discussed in your Design Consultation on one board; so you know the exact direction you need for your space without the risk of losing sight of the bigger picture.

The selections specification list is ideal for anyone who already has their space layout defined and only requires guidance on specific design selections. You will receive a detailed shopping list outlining all pertinent selection information (names, colors, finishes, sizes, etc.). The Selections Specifications List is a great tool to use on your own or share with a contractor/builder.
